Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time:
- Through the customer portal linked from your account settings
- By emailing support [at] pindorado [dot] com
After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We will not bill you for further renewals.
2. Refunds
Pindorado generally does not refund subscription periods that have already begun. We will refund:
- Duplicate or unintentional charges
- Charges where service delivery failed due to a documented technical issue on our side
- Lifetime purchases requested in writing within 14 days, where the Lifetime entitlement was not successfully activated on your account
3. Free Trial
If you signed up for a free trial, you can cancel any time during the trial period to avoid being charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
4. California Automatic Renewal Disclosure
For California subscribers: This subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term at the price stated above (Pro Monthly $6.99/month or Pro Annual $49.99/year) and will be charged to the payment method on file. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal accessible from your account settings, or by emailing support [at] pindorado [dot] com . Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
