  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Counter-Notice

If material associated with you has been removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material removed and its prior location
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you are located (or, if outside the United States, of any federal court in the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the original notifier

Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
